2010 Colorado Commission Update Course

The Colorado Mandatory Update Class is required every year within a three year license renewal period. It may be taken each year and the additional 4 hours will be credited to you as part of your continuing education requirement. This class is created by the Colorado Real Estate Commission and is relevant to changes in state statues and revised contracts and forms.

Testing

An exam is taken online after completion of the class and you must achieve a score of 70% or better for credit. If you do not receive a passing score, you must take a second exam and must achieve a passing score of 70%. We recommend that you review the material prior to taking the second exam.
