2013 Annual Commission Update Class

This course is the current version of the Colorado Real Estate Commission Update Class required to be taken annually by Colorado real estate licensees. The accredited class is presented in streaming video format and will reward the student 4 credit hours towards license renewal.  The content of this course is written by the Colorado Real Estate Commission and discusses new and revised approved contracts, laws and some of the more important current issues facing Colorado real estate brokers.
