Colorado Broker Course OutlineThis 72 credit course will prepare and qualify you to take the Colorado side of the licensing exam. AS AN ADDED BONUS - Students required by the Real Estate Commission to take this course must also take and pass the full licensing exam. Although this class well prepares the student to pass the Colorado side of the test, it does little to prepare the student to pass the National side of the test. AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE - we have included full access to our Exam Preparation Center containing practice exams and courses covering both the National and Colorado portions of the licensing exam. Who Must Take This Course And Pass The Full Licensing Exam:To recieve an Associate Brokers License: Previous Colorado broker who was issued a license prior to Jan 1, 1997 and whose license expired more than 3 years ago OR Expired broker, license issued in another jurisdication OR Current broker in good standing licensed in another jurisdication for less than 2 years.
