This letter is to thank you and the Colorado Real Estate School for supplying me with the information needed in becoming a Real Estate Broker.
I was somewhat skeptical at first taking an online course. I wondered if I could really pass without class time or without one on one instruction. I found out shortly after starting your course that it could be done. Your course outline walked me through every step. The online course instruction was like having an instructor right in my home. The course allowed me to study at my own pace and review the already studied material at anytime. There was some information that I had never heard of, but the repetitive teaching allowed that information to sink in.
When I did need to call the school, I received an answer every time by a real person, usually you. Thank You!
After completing your course, I took the State and National exam and passed it the first time. The materials you supplied me with were very relevant to the State/National requirements.

Dear Ed and John:
I am writing you both to officially tell you that as of 2/11/10 I have passed both the National Exam (86.2%), and the State Exam (91.8%) on my first try. You both are well aware that there are many schools to chose from, but I couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll at the "Colorado Real Estate School". I expected to receive a quality education and have all the materials necessary to prepare me for the exams, but what I didn't except was all of the extra personal one on one training over the phone and via e-mail. I really feel that you both genuinely cared about my experience. Both of you always went above and beyond any expectations I ever had, and I feel that I would not have done as well if you both weren't always so eager to help me whenever I had questions. I wanted to drop you a line and just say thank you for the course and everything about the class. I started in October of 2009, and completed the course work on March 3rd. I was quite worried about the test after reading that only 56% of the people pass the test on the first attempt. So for follow up I took the practice tests for two weeks before I actually took the exam. I am proud to say that I passed the test on my first try.
